The Altiris Software Portal is only available on Engineering Computer Services managed Windows computers.
Right click on the Altiris Agent icon in the System Tray (yellow circle icon with a green padlock) at the bottom right of the screen and select Software Portal.
Log into the portal with your HawkID and Password.
